Introducing our new small batch premium Shiraz from the excellent 2022 harvest.
With almost perfect ripening conditions throughout spring and summer, with the weather cooling quickly just before the harvest, this allowed bunches and berries to ripen consistently while retaining good acidity, allowing complex layers of flavour to be magnified.
Tasting Notes
A small batch of premium Shiraz was selected by our winemaker for special treatment that included extra oak aging, resulting in this special wine that has generous plum and dark cherry fruit flavours with opulent vanilla and spice from oak maturation.
This is a luscious velvety wine that has depth and grace.
