Aged on bottle lees for over four years, this is an elegant wine suitable for any occasion. A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Waipara Valley, the Laverique Rosé is a pale salmon colour with light and delicate aromas of strawberry and raspberry. A favourite with seafood especially shellfish the refreshing acidity of the wine accentuates the seafood.
