Winemakers Notes
Grown exclusively on the slopes of our Terraces vineyard this single-vineyard wine has taken nearly two years of gentle and slow winemaking.
Aging for 19 months in French oak barrels after a 28 day fermentation with skin contact, left to naturally stabilise over two cold winters. The resulting wine is rich, full bodied with typical Syrah characters of pepper and spice.
