A well balanced Riesling, full of flavour in a medium dry style. Elegant fruit flavours of lemon and lime make this wine great with spicy food.
Winemakers Notes
The Stratum 2022 Riesling was made from fruit grown on our Stirling and Georges Road vineyards. The grapes were harvested in early April in excellent condition. Following a light pressing of the fruit the juice was settled and then racked to fermentation. The fermentation lasted for 3 weeks under cool conditions. The different parcels were then blended, lightly fined and filtered prior to bottling.
