Made entirely from the free run Pinot Noir that is pumped from the Pinot Noir fermentation tanks after just one day. Once separated from the Pinot Noir skins the Rosé is then fermented separately in tanks with a very small portion into oak, a long slow cool fermentation is used to preserve and enhance the delicate aromas produced by esters formed at cooler temperatures, resulting in this salmon pink rose with a rich flavourful taste.
