Flavour, flavour, flavour that is the story of the 2020 harvest. A variety of small-batch techniques have been used to make this wine such as cool fermentations, skin contact and barrel fermentation, these are just a few special techniques used. These various batches are later carefully blended into what we believe is a true reflection of Pinot Gris from the Waipara Valley, from a season that will stand out as one of the best.
