Tasting Notes
Hand-selected parcels of exceptional quality fruit were reserved at harvest to be wild fermented and blended into this fulsome, weighty Sauvignon Blanc. The nose has tightly bound aromas of summer stonefruit and greengages with an oak spiciness and flint. The palate is concentrated with powerful flavours of ripe stonefruit, nectarine and nutty elements from the oak. The wine is full-bodied and dry with a weighty mouthfeel countered by lacy acidity and smooth texture. A full and concentrated Sauvignon Blanc with complex oak characters. 12.5% Alcohol.
